Ultrasound Technologist Location: Des Moines, IA 50314

Shift: 13:00 - 23:30 (4x10hr days, 40 hours weekly)

Pay Rate: $55-60/hr

Contract Length: 9 weeks

Are you a skilled Ultrasound Technologist looking for a new opportunity? Join our healthcare team in Des Moines, IA, for a 9-week contract and provide exceptional imaging services across a diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently perform ultrasound procedures under the direction of a Radiologist and/or manager.
• Ensure high-quality imaging and accurate results for physician interpretation.
• Provide care to a wide range of patients, including neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Document findings and maintain accurate patient records.

Qualifications:

• Active state Ultrasound Technologist License; required.
• Current BCLS certification upon hire and maintain current; required.
• Minimum of one (1) year clinical experience as an Ultrasound Technologist; preferred.
• Proficiency in operating ultrasound equipment and adhering to established protocols.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.

Work Schedule:

• 4x10-hour days, 13:00 - 23:30.
• 40-hour work week.
