Job Description
Position: Certified Occupational Therapist (SNF)
Location:San Jose, CA
Pay scale: $42 to $48 hourly onW2
Shift: Days
Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing occupational therapy treatment plans developed by the OT.
- Guide patients in performing therapeutic activities to restore or improve physical and cognitive functions.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment under the supervision of the OT as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with the rehabilitation team, patients, and families to achieve treatment goals.
- Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely documentation of services provided.
- Uphold professional and ethical standards in all interactions.
Requirements:
- Graduate from an ACOTE accredited occupational therapy assistant program.
- License or certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in the relevant state.
- COVID Vaccination/ Health Documents/ License/ Physical.
