Job Description: Physical Therapist (PT)

Location: Pleasanton, CA, 94566

Position: Physical Therapist

Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: Days

Hourly Pay: $65 - $67 (depending on experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Pleasanton, CA. This is a full-time, 13-week assignment with day shifts. The ideal candidate will be experienced, compassionate, and capable of providing high-quality care to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical abilities through diagnostic testing and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to improve patients' physical health.
• Monitor and document patients' progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and at-home exercises.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain up-to-date patient records and comply with all regulatory and organizational standards.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques and equipment to aid in patient recovery.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of California.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist (preferred).
• Strong understanding of physical therapy principles, techniques, and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• CPR and First Aid certification (Required).
