Exciting Opportunity: Registered Nurse (Home Health) – 13-Week Contract in Kāne‘ohe, HI

Shift:

• Days – 40 hours guaranteed

Pay Rate:

• $50 to $52 hourly on W2

Position Highlights:

Embark on a fulfilling journey as a Home Health Registered Nurse in beautiful Kāne‘ohe, HI. This 13-week contract offers a dynamic environment where you’ll provide exceptional care while exploring the wonders of Hawaii.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care in patients' homes.
• Manage a caseload effectively, ensuring quality outcomes.
• Perform and document patient assessments using OASIS.
• Utilize Homecare Home Base for documentation and care planning.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Nursing experience – REQUIRED
• 6 months of Home Health experience – REQUIRED
• Travel experience – REQUIRED
• Active and clear driver's license and car insurance – REQUIRED
• Hawaii nursing license – REQUIRED
• Proficiency with Homecare Home Base and OASIS – REQUIRED
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations – REQUIRED (Declinations not accepted)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Case Manager experience
