Job Description

Position: RN PCU

Location: Fort Worth, TX 76014

Pay scale: $1700 per week

Shift: Days, 7am - 7pm (13 weeks)

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU), monitoring and assessing patients with complex medical conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Ensure continuous patient monitoring and document patient progress and responses to treatment.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, health conditions, and post-discharge instructions.
• Maintain a safe and compassionate environment for patients and their families.

Requirements:

• RN license with at least 1 year of PCU or related experience.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to respond to emergencies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
