Join Our Team: RN - Psychiatric Role 

Location: Brattleboro, VT

Start Date: ASAP 

Employment Type: Contract

Shift: Nights

Pay: $2500/ week (negotiable)

Expected Hours: 36 per week

Key Responsibilities:

1. Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ emotional and mental health, working closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers.
2. Care Plan Implementation: Administer treatment plans, medications, and therapies according to patient needs.
3. Patient Support: Provide guidance, counseling, and support to patients and their families throughout the treatment process.
4. Documentation: Accurately document patient progress and interventions, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.
5. Collaboration: Partner with the interdisciplinary team to provide holistic and effective care.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license required.
• Experience in psychiatric nursing preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and dedicated to providing mental health care.
