Job Description
Position: RN Telemetry
Location: Gilbert, AZ
Pay scale: $2100 to $2200/ week
Shift: Nights
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry data for patients in a telemetry unit.
- Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and provide nursing care to individuals with cardiac issues.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct regular patient assessments and communicate changes in condition to the healthcare team.
- Assist in the coordination of patient discharges and transfers.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
