Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent nursing care in compliance with care plans and medical standards.
• Administer medications and perform essential treatments as prescribed.
• Assist with patient assessments and document care activities accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to support comprehensive patient care.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in Vermont (or eligibility for licensure).
• Prior experience in healthcare facilities or similar settings is preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Compassionate, adaptable, and eager to make a difference in patient care.
