Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
Job Type: Permanent
Location: Lancaster, NH
Shift: Days, 12 hours per day
Hourly Rate: $30.00 - $45.00
Salary: $62,400 - $93,600
Benefits:
- Commencement Bonus: Up to $20,000 for Full-Time (FT) and Part-Time (PT) positions.
- Student Loan Repayment Program: Up to $15,750.
- Relocation Bonus: Up to $17,500 for candidates relocating beyond 100 miles.
- Relocation Assistance: Available for eligible candidates.
Requirements:
- Location: Candidates must live within 30 minutes of the facility.

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of acute care hospital experience required.
- Experience in a critical access hospital preferred.
- Clinically independent and capable of working with all age groups.

Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS): Must hold current ACLS certification or be eligible for certification by the National Board of Respiratory Care.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications: Must obtain within six (6) months of hire.
- Education: Participation in a continuing education program is required.
- New Graduates: Welcomed and willing to train.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide respiratory care and treatment to patients of all age groups in a hospital setting.
- Conduct assessments, administer treatments, and monitor patients' progress.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
- Maintain and operate respiratory equipment safely and effectively.
- Stay current with industry standards and practices through continuing education.
