Job Description
Registered Nurse - Critical Care (RN Critical Care) Location: Chino, CA
Pay Rate: $55/hr
Shift: Both day and night shifts available (07:00-19:00 and 19:00-07:00)
Role Type: Per Diem
Qualifications: BLS, ACLS certifications required
Are you an experienced Critical Care RN looking for a flexible per diem role? Join our healthcare team in Chino, CA, and provide exceptional care to critically ill patients in our ICU.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform necessary treatments.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Float to other units within scope as needed to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Ensure patient safety and provide support to patients and their families.
Qualifications:
- Active state Registered Nursing (RN) License; required.
- Current BCLS (AHA) and ACLS certification upon hire and maintain current; required.
- Minimum of one (1) year clinical experience in a Critical Care setting; preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
Work Schedule:
- Both day (07:00-19:00) and night (19:00-07:00) shifts available.
- 12-hour shifts.
