Job Description
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long Term Care (LTC)
Location: Claremont, NH
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days (8 Hours/Day)
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility in Claremont, NH. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents while ensuring compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications
Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) such as hygiene, feeding, and mobility
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
Ensure accurate documentation and maintain up-to-date medical records
Follow infection control protocols and adhere to safety guidelines
Must be willing to float between units as needed
Requirements – Non-Negotiable:
3+ years of CURRENT experience (within the last 6 months) in an LTC setting
Active New Hampshire or Compact LPN license (must be in-hand at submission, facility will not pend)
BLS certification (AHA required)
IV Certification preferred
Previous travel experience – Highly Preferred
Experience in a rural/small facility – Highly Preferred
