Job Description: Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient Position

Location: Owosso, MI

Job Type: Permanent

Shifts: Days

Salary: $31.88/hour (dependent upon experience)

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient team in Owosso, MI. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs and goals.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment strategies.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, exercises, and techniques for managing their conditions.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nurses, to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment progress and outcomes.
• Participate in continuing education opportunities to stay current with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Valid and current Physical Therapist license in the state of Michigan.
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles, techniques, and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience in an outpatient setting is preferred but not required.
