CONTRACT-RN -CASE MANAGEMENT(689)-13 WEEKS- MON-FRI 7:30A-5P

Shift times for both positions are days M-F with option to rotate weekends.  Hours are 0730-1830 to 1600-1700.  Employees have flexibility to pick their arrival times.  Candidates must have acute hospital Case Management experience.

(Y/N) – YTypical hiring profileSkill Set Most recruited for:  (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have:  candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. •          Hospital case management experience of at least 6 months •          Preferred or nice to have:  candidates with these skills will be considered first. •          CCM •          Utilization Review backgroundList typical procedures performed on unit(s):   •           Discharge planning •          Best personality Fit: •          Calm, positive, good with peopole •          Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire. •         Scrub Color -  RNs – navy, SWs – army green top, black bottom •          Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. •         Standard CM P&P, nothing out of the ordinary Awards/Recognition:  Feel free to include items such as links to videos that feature the department, outstanding department/team awards, reigning annual chili cook-off winners, etc.  •         Staff is centrally located in office area •         Great team, good departmental culture •         Active and involved leadership teamAny additional information that would entice a worker to select your unit for their assignment:  Consider items such as new equipment or technology, tenure and experience of staff, schedule options, etc.  *Remember it is a very competitive market any information you can provide will help attract talent.
