Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated LPN/LVN specializing in LTAC to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care, assist with medical needs, and promote patient comfort and well-being in an LTAC environment. This role requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient safety.
Duties
- Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient responses.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living and mobility support.
- Monitor vital signs and accurately document all procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Follow infection control protocols and maintain patient safety standards.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an LPN/LVN in a long-term acute care or high-volume healthcare setting.
- Experience in high-acuity or patient-centered environments is preferred.
Requirements
- Active LPN license (Colorado or Compact).
- Certification in BLS (Basic Life Support) is required.
- This position is ideal for a detail-oriented and adaptable LPN/LVN who thrives in a patient-centered environment.
