Job Opportunity:RN Telemetry in Redding, CA for $65/hr
- Position: RN: Telemetry
- Location: Redding CA 96080
- Pay Rate: $64-$65 per hour
- Gross Weekly: $2,522/week
- Facility Name: Shasta Regional Medical Center (SRMC)
- Shift Notes: Nights(12 hour shifts, 3 shifts/week 6pm-6:30AM
- Duration: 13 weeks (high Possibility of contract extension)

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the medical-surgical unit.
- Assess and monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and implement treatment plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and facilitate timely interventions.
- Perform routine and emergency procedures as needed.
- Assist in patient education on post-treatment care and recovery.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Job Description
Unit Notes:
- Will guarantee 36 hours/week with OT after 40 hours weekly if requested.
- The Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of safe patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
- Provides direct patient care within the scope of practice.
- The Registered Nurse also directs and guides patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of care in Telemetry Unit.
- The Registered Nurse is directly responsible and accountable for the care given to his/her assigned patients. He / She communicates with the physician about changes in the patient’s clinical condition including cardiac monitoring, results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition and/or response to treatment.
Requirements: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
- Current CA state licensure
- BLS, ACLS(Must be through American Heart Association)
- Previous Acute Care hospital experience
- DCI/BVP
- Ventilator Management experience preferred & Cardiac Drips
- 12 lead EKG
- Covid Card.
- NO BSN Required.
