Job Description

JULY Start

Must be proficient & experienced from patient check in to pre/post care to discharge

No locals accepted within 50 miles of Speare Memorial

NBO:  8hrs

Multipliers:  1.25%

Call:  3$/hr

Charge/Precept: $3/hr

Any RTO after acceptance may not be accommodated

Care Management Type(s):

Demonstrates clinical competence by utilizing the nursing process.  The RN must assess and identify patient problems/needs, establish a plan of care, implement interventions, and evaluate and revise the patient plan of care based on patient progress.   

Speare OB Unit can manage High-Risk pregnancy management, including (but not limited to):

  • Preterm Labor
  • High blood pressure
  • Diabetes
  • VBAC (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean Section)
  • Prenatal testing
  • Amniocentesis
  • Childbirth education classes

Requirement description : JULY Start

  • Current OB/L&D experience
  • CAH experience strongly encouraged
  • PP, MB & lactation experience
  • Apgar testing experience
Profile Requirements: 
  • Work History
  • Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year 
  • 1 Supervisory Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
  • License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile -- NRP must be through AHA

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

  • AWHONN
  • NRP
  • BLS (AHA)

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :

  • New Hampshire

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :

Weekend Requirements : Every Other Weekend/Holiday Rotation if scheduled
