Job Description

Position: Registered Nurse - Dialysis

Location:  Williston, ND

Pay scale: $2000 to $2100/week

Shift: Days and Nights

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment.
• Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and administer medications as prescribed.
• Perform dialysis procedures including initiation, monitoring, and termination of dialysis.
• Collaborate with nephrologists and other healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans for dialysis patients.
• Educate patients and their families on the dialysis process, lifestyle modifications, and aftercare.
• Monitor patient response to dialysis and promptly address any complications or adverse reactions.
• Document all patient care activities, including treatments, progress, and changes in condition.
• Assist with patient transfers to and from the dialysis unit, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Maintain a sterile and safe environment for dialysis procedures.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Arizona.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Dialysis experience or certification in dialysis preferred (but not required).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
• Strong communication skills and patient-focused care.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to manage complex patient needs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
