Position: Social Worker (MSW/LCSW)

Location: Fort Pierce, FL

Pay Scale: $2200

Shift: Days

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate support and advocacy for individuals and families, addressing diverse social, emotional, and mental health needs.
• Conduct assessments and develop tailored care plans to improve clients' well-being.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and resources to coordinate client services.
• Facilitate counseling sessions and offer emotional support during challenging circumstances.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, care plans, and progress.
• Stay informed on social services, laws, and ethical practices to provide up-to-date care.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
