Requirement description :

• 2 years current/recent Endoscopy Experience 
• Procedural sedation experience 
• 2 separate supervisory references at submittal & MUST from within last 3 years of employment.

• Skills checklist (must have been completed within 1 year of submission date)

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

• ACLS (AHA)
• BLS (AHA)

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :

• New Hampshire
