Registered Nurse - Critical Care Location: Garden Grove, CA 92843

Pay Rate: $50-59/hr

Shift: 19:00-07:30 (3x12-hour shifts per week)

Contract Length: 13 weeks

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Critical Care RN to join our healthcare team in Garden Grove, CA, for a 13-week contract. If you have a passion for critical care nursing and can handle high-pressure situations with grace and professionalism, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform necessary treatments.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Float to other units within scope as needed to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Ensure patient safety and provide support to patients and their families.

Qualifications:

• Active state Registered Nursing (RN) License; required.
• Current ACLS, BCLS, and MAB (or similar) certifications upon hire and maintain current; required.
• NIHSS certification; preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year clinical experience in a Critical Care setting; preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.

Work Schedule:

• Night shift, 19:00-07:30.
• 3x12-hour shifts per week.
• Will work two weekend shifts per 4-week schedule.
