Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)

Location: Murrieta, CA 92563

Employment Type: Contract (13 Weeks)

Shift: Days (Sunday – Thursday)

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Hourly Rate: $55 to $60 on W2

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in Murrieta, CA, for a 13-week contract. The PT will provide high-quality care to patients, helping them achieve their rehabilitation goals and improve their overall quality of life. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for patient care, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess patients' physical condition and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement treatment plans using various therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Monitor and document patients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and self-care strategies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Valid California Physical Therapist license.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
