Job Description
REQUIRED: CPR (AHA) plus CERTIFICATION through the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) orNational Center for Competency Testing (NCCT). Minimum Education: Graduate of a Surgical Technology Program accredited by Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES) or Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Educational Programs (CAAHEP) orby the State. *Safety Sensitive position *Safety Sensitive Under the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Use and Patient Protection Act (OMMA), is defined as any job that includes tasks orduties that the employer believes could affect the safety and health of the employee performing the task or others. This position has been identified as asafety sensitive position. This statute allows employers to lawfully refuse to hire applicants for safety-sensitive jobs or to discipline or discharge employeeswho work in safety- sensitive jobs if they test positive for marijuana, even if they have a valid license to use medical marijuana.
Shift: 7p - 7a 3 shifts per week; 'Call' schedule requires 1 shift every 2 weeks and must be within 30 min response time.
