Job Description:Department: Occupational Therapist *Certifications Required: BLS, MN License* *NBCOT Preferred/Not required* NO CLINICAL INVOLVEMENT # of patients treated per day: 8-12 - Common diagnosis / Types of patients: outpatient orthopedic upper extremity, lymphedema, inpatient total joint replacements, inpatient general medical, neurological impairments, outpatient mental health

How many years of experience required?: 1-2 year required, 3-4 years preferred - Previous travel experience? not needed - Acute Inpatient, Acute Rehab, Skilled, Outpatient? Adult outpatient, adult acute inpatient, adult swing bed (Critial Access Hospital) - What areas are they required to cover? outpatient and inpatient

'Experience or 'Must have' skills & common job duties: organized, good communication skills, willing to collaborate, able to be independent with clinical skills and problem solving, teamwork skills, skilled in physical agent modality use/application, familiar with DME use/adaptive equipment, ability to fabricate/modify splints for upper extremity/therapeutic management, ablet to perform wheelchair evaluations

EMR: Epic - Is there an OT Manager/Supervisor on each shift? Director of Rehab Services on-site daily - Do you staff Rehab Aides: COTAs? No COTA's, 1 rehab aide - Shifts & Scheduling: M-F 8-4:30 - Do you allow self-scheduling or Block scheduling? no - Weekend Requirements: none - Holiday Requirements: none - Scrub Color/Dress Code: Professional casual, scrubs allowed - How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation? 1 but flexible
