Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
Job Type: Permanent
Location: Berlin, NH
Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Pay: $30 to $45 hourly on W2
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our healthcare team in Berlin, NH. The successful candidate will work primarily night shifts, providing high-quality respiratory care to patients in a dynamic clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, treat, and care for patients with breathing or other cardiopulmonary disorders.
- Perform diagnostic tests such as measuring lung capacity and determining the concentration of oxygen and other gases in a patient's blood.
- Work with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Administer therapeutic respiratory treatments such as oxygen therapy, chest physiotherapy, and aerosol treatments.
- Monitor and record patient progress and response to treatments, making adjustments as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families about respiratory conditions and self-care techniques.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of respiratory equipment.
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification.
- Valid state license to practice as a respiratory therapist in New Hampshire.
- Minimum of [X years] of experience in a clinical respiratory care setting.
- Strong knowledge of respiratory therapy principles and practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
