Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)

Location: San Pablo, CA 94806

Shift: Days

Duration: 13 Weeks

Pay: $50 to $55 hourly on W2

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team for a 13-week assignment in San Pablo, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and improving patient outcomes. You will work with patients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at restoring function, improving mobility, and relieving pain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and functional capabilities to create individualized treatment plans.
• Develop and implement rehabilitation programs for patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities.
• Use therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and equipment to improve patient mobility and alleviate pain.
• Monitor and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercises and self-care strategies.
• Maintain patient records in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Education: Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: Current and valid state license to practice physical therapy in California.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience as a physical therapist (experience in a similar setting preferred).
• Skills: Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certifications: CPR certification is preferred.
