Job Description

Position: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Location: Mountain View, CA

Pay scale: $48 Per hr

Shift: M-F (NO WEEKEND)

Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Administer exercises and therapeutic activities under the supervision of the physical therapist.
• Monitor patient progress, documenting and reporting findings to the supervising therapist.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to support recovery and enhance independence.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care, progress, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with team members during regular care meetings to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.

Requirements:

• State certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Current CPR certification (American Heart Association).
• Graduation from a Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license..
