Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient
Location: Everett, WA 98204
Shift: Days
Duration: 13 Weeks
Pay: $50 to $55 hourly on W2
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at an outpatient facility in Everett, WA. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to a diverse patient population.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement treatment plans using a variety of techniques, including exercise, manual therapy, and equipment to improve patients' mobility and function.
- Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families about the treatment process, exercises, and lifestyle modifications to aid recovery and promote health.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, occupational therapists, and nurses, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.
- Stay updated with the latest developments and best practices in physical therapy to provide evidence-based care.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid state license as a Physical Therapist in Washington.
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an outpatient setting preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
