Key Responsibilities:

• Instrument Sterilization: Clean, decontaminate, and sterilize medical instruments and equipment to ensure they’re patient-ready every time.
• Inspection and Assembly: Carefully inspect and assemble instrument trays to perfection, making sure every tool is spotless and functional.
• Inventory Management: Keep track of equipment and supplies, stocking up when needed to avoid any shortages.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sterilization cycles, equipment usage, and inventory to keep everything running smoothly.
• Compliance & Safety Standards: Follow strict infection control and safety protocols to protect patients, staff, and yourself.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with surgeons, nurses, and other staff to support smooth operations and efficient patient care.

Qualifications:

• Current Sterile Processing Technician Certification (we can’t do this without you!).
• Experience in a Hospital Setting preferred, but we welcome eager SPTs ready to grow.
• Detail-Oriented Mindset—you notice the small things that make a big difference.
• BLS Certification (and no superhero cape needed).
