Job Description
Position: Pharmacist
Location: Morristown, VT
Pay scale: $2,762 - $2,862/week
Shift: Day
Responsibilities:
- Dispense prescription medications to patients accurately and safely.
- Provide information and guidance to patients on how to use prescribed medications.
- Review prescriptions for accuracy and ensure there are no drug interactions or allergies.
- Counsel patients on potential side effects, dosage, and proper medication storage.
- Monitor patient health and medication therapy to ensure effectiveness.
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals on patient care plans.
Requirements:
- Required: BLS, VT license
- Minimum 1 year experience
