• Oversee and coordinate nursing care in a designated unit or department.
• Lead and manage nursing staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Monitor and manage unit budgets, resources, and staffing levels.
• Participate in strategic planning and quality improvement initiatives.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• Proven experience in nursing leadership or management.
