The center is located directly along Belfast Harbor. The property includes beautiful ocean views from most residential rooms and common areas. The property includes raised garden beds, where residents are encouraged to participate in the cultivation of the plants. There are several paved walking trails with resting benches on the property, and is just a short distance from the historical Passagassawakeag River Footbridge.
