Job Description
PACE MSW, Supervisor (Direct Hire) LOCATION: Vista PACE - 1840 West Dr., Vista, CA 92083 SCHEDULE: Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting; work must have included social work provisions to frail and/or elderly populations. Counseling theory and techniques and ability to effectively and efficiently utilize EPIC EMR and other documentation outlets. Knowledge of community resources and appropriate utilization to meet the needs of clients and employees. Organization and project management skills. Ability to establish and maintain good interpersonal relationships. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Comfort performing home visits to private homes of San Diego PACE applicants and participants with frequent travel in San Diego county. EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: Master's Degree from an accredited School of Social Work CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Valid California driver’s license. Reliable transportation with proper insurance to meet San Diego PACE guidelines. First Aid/CPR certification. LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. COMPENSATION: $39.93 - $45.37 - $51.67
