Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to provide exceptional care to patients in our healthcare facility in Rio Rancho, NM. The ideal candidate will assist with daily living activities, monitor patient conditions, and work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive the best care possible. Duties

• Assist patients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing team.
• Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
• Assist in the positioning and mobilization of patients.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for patients.
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate patient records.
• Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for patients and staff.
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to implement care plans.

Requirements

• Active CNA certification in New Mexico.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Experience with electronic health record systems (such as Epic or Meditech) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
