Job Opportunity: CNA Days or Nights (Long Term Care) LTC

• Location: Meeker, CO 81641
• Pay Rate: $30-$31/hr
• Shift:  Days/Nights (3*12)( Days 6AM TO 6:30PM/Nights 6PM to 6:30AM)
• Weekly Gross: $1,116.76/week
• Work Week: 36 hours per week
• Duration: 12 weeks
• RADIUS RULE: Traveler’s perm address must be at least 65 miles away from our facility. Local travelers will not be considered.
•  **SHARED HOUSING AVAILABLE   If housing is needed they are furnished apartments within the city limits and have wi-fi. _**ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED\***_ _**NO SMOKING**_ ​**COVID Vaccinations required by State mandate**_**If you have your own housing please let us know as soon as possible  Looking for permanent placement as well. 

Your Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Skilled, compassionate CNA needed for our skilled nursing facility
• Provide excellent patient care, including assistance with daily activities and personal hygiene.
• Respond to patient calls, assess needs, and provide appropriate assistance.
• Monitor and record vital signs, food intake, and urinary/fecal output.
• Gather information from medical professionals about patient conditions and treatment plans.
• Remind patients to take medications and supplements. Stay updated on CNA training and adhere to facility policies and procedures

 Schedule:

• 12 -hour shift

Ability to Relocate:

• Meeker, CO  Relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: In person

Requirements:

• CNA COlicense
• BSN Required: NO
• Experience in  Long Term Care
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Good communication skills.
• COVID Vaccination
