3-5 years of experience preferredStrong Emergency Department skills are required as well as outstanding customer service and team support expectations. Fast paced department with a high admission rate. Adult community emergency department. Number of Beds/Cases: 16 /25,000 annuallyNurse Patient Ratio: 1:3-4Top 10 Diagnosis/Procedures: Stroke, STEMI, Sepsis, Respiratory and Cardiac diseases, Orthopedic. Adult Emergency Care. Minimum trauma or pediatric patients. Line Management SkillsRequired: IV Insertion; PICC/Central Line ManagementCardiac SkillsRequired: Obtain 12 Lead EKG; Tele Interpretation; Cardioversion/DefibrillationAirway SkillsRequired: Procedural Sedation; CPAP/BiPAP; Ventilators; Trach CareBehavioral Health Skills: Preferred: Exp. w/Chemical Dependency
