Job Title: Registered Dietitian

Location: Victorville, CA 92395

Company: United Healthcare System  

Job Type: Contract, 13 Weeks

Salary: $40.00 - $44.00 per hour 

Shift: Day shift, 8:00am - 4:30pm 

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' nutritional needs and develop individualized diet plans based on medical conditions and dietary requirements.
• Provide nutrition counseling and education to patients, addressing dietary concerns and promoting healthy eating habits.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to integrate nutrition therapy into overall patient care plans.
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust diet plans as needed.
• Stay informed about current research and developments in nutrition and dietetics.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient assessments and interventions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field.
• Registered Dietitian (RD) credential.
• State licensure as required.
• Knowledge of medical nutrition therapy and dietary guidelines.
