Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate pediatric patients to develop personalized therapy plans focused on mobility, strength, and functional goals.
- Implement evidence-based treatment techniques tailored to each child's developmental needs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and parents, to ensure holistic care.
- Provide family education to support therapeutic activities at home.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.
- Contribute to a positive, supportive clinic environment.
Qualifications
- Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Active California PT license in good standing.
- Experience in pediatric physical therapy ( required).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with children and their families.
- A patient-centered and empathetic approach to care.
