Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate pediatric patients to develop personalized therapy plans focused on mobility, strength, and functional goals.
• Implement evidence-based treatment techniques tailored to each child's developmental needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and parents, to ensure holistic care.
• Provide family education to support therapeutic activities at home.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.
• Contribute to a positive, supportive clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active California PT license in good standing.
• Experience in pediatric physical therapy ( required).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with children and their families.
• A patient-centered and empathetic approach to care.
