Salary: Up to $21/hour (based on experience)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our team in Peterborough, NH. This full-time position offers a supportive work environment, with a schedule that allows for work-life balance. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform clinical support procedures under the supervision of the Office Nurse or Physician.
- Conduct blood draws, injections, child immunizations, lab tests, and other procedures within the scope of MA certification.
- Assist physicians during examinations, including taking vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration.
- Maintain cleanliness and stock of examination rooms with necessary supplies.
- Handle patient phone calls and provide instructions as directed by the physician.
- Requisition supplies to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Assist with maintaining medical records, completing referral forms, lab slips, and other documentation.
- Support patients by helping them to and from exam rooms, preparing them for exams, and assisting during procedures.
- Collaborate with the medical team and assist with nursing procedures as needed.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding patient and practice matters.
Qualifications:
- Completion of at least 2 years in a formal Medical Assistant curriculum with special training for Medical Assistants.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Medical Assistant in a medical setting.
- Must hold and maintain certification as a Medical Assistant.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Ability to work as part of a team and be flexible in responding to the needs of the office.
