Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)

Location: San Rafael, CA 94903

Shift: Days

Duration: 13 Weeks

Pay: $50 to $55 hourly on W2

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team for a 13-week contract in San Rafael, CA. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment, providing care and rehabilitation to patients with a variety of needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement physical therapy interventions to improve patients' mobility, strength, and functional abilities.
• Monitor patients' progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and activities that can be performed at home to facilitate recovery.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient treatments and progress.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of departmental programs and services.

Qualifications:

• Valid California Physical Therapist license.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles, practices, and techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
