The Opportunity

Step into a fulfilling Postpartum RN role in our dynamic Mother Baby Unit – Bakersfield. Here, you’ll work with a supportive team in an environment that celebrates compassionate care and professional growth.

Start Date: January 6, 2025

Schedule: Days – 5x8 shifts (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)

Contract Length: 28 weeks

Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week

Competitive Pay

• $3442-$3522 Weekly

You’ll deliver top-notch care to mother-baby couplets with a manageable 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio (1:5 if no babies). Our supportive staff includes CNAs, unit secretaries, hearing screeners, and lactation specialists, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive.

What Sets You Apart

• Experience: 2+ years in postpartum, mother-baby, or labor & delivery.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA), NRP.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Cerner charting (required).
• Leader at Heart: Management experience preferred.

Note: We’re seeking seasoned RNs—no first-time travelers, please!
