MRI Tech Position in Westerville, OH

• Hourly Pay Rate: $62/hr
• Shift: 19:00 - 07:30 (Night Shift)
• Contract Duration: 3 Months
• Certifications Required: BLS by AHA (Basic Life Support by the American Heart Association)
• Minimum Experience: 1 year

Job Description: An MRI Tech is responsible for performing magnetic resonance imaging procedures to capture images of patients' bodies for diagnostic purposes. They ensure patient safety, maintain imaging equipment, and provide high-quality images for physician evaluation.

Requirements:

• At least one year of experience working as an MRI Tech.
• BLS certification by the American Heart Association.
• Ability to work the specified night shift of 19:00 to 07:30.
• Proficient in operating MRI equipment and following imaging protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and position patients for MRI procedures.
• Operate MRI equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Monitor patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret images.
