Job Description

Job Title: RN Psych

Location: Fort Defiance, AZ

Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Job Description: 

Shift Information:  NIGHT SHIFT - 12 hour night shifts must be flexible and possible work either three (3) 12-hour shifts or four (4) 12-hour shift

Experience:  Five (5) year direct work experience as a Psychiatric Registered Nurse (RN) for our Inpatient Psychiatric Adolescent Care Unit.

License:  Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in any U.S. State or Territory.

Certificate:  Valid American Heart Association (AHA) in Basic Life Support (BLS) and maintain certification. Obtain valid Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) certification or Crisis Prevention (CPI), MANDT or TEAM required.
