Position: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) – Neuro Specialty

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Pay Scale: $1701

Shift: VARIED SHIFTS

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures, specializing in neurosurgery, by preparing and organizing the operating room and sterile instruments.
• Ensure all surgical equipment is functioning properly before procedures.
• Anticipate the needs of surgeons during operations, handing them instruments and supplies.
• Maintain a sterile field throughout the surgical process and follow strict infection control protocols.
• Assist in the preparation and transportation of patients for surgery.
• Document surgical procedures accurately and maintain detailed records.
• Stay updated on advancements in surgical technology and neuro-specific techniques.

Requirements

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification.
• Must have strong neuro experience (required).
