Job Description
Travel LPN – Long Term Care (LTC)
Location: Meeker, CO 81641
Facility Type: Long Term Care
Shift: Days/Nights (rotating or as needed)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Start Date: ASAP (Quick Start)
Pay Rate: $47/hr
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
Position Requirements

License: Current, active, and unrestricted Colorado LPN license

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Long Term Care

Certifications: BLS/BCLS required
-
Preferred: MDS experience

EMR: PointClickCare
