What You’ll Do
Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
Create customized therapy plans tailored to individual patient needs
Document progress, communicate with interdisciplinary team members, and adjust plans accordingly
Educate patients, families, and staff on communication techniques and safe swallowing strategies
Encourage every word, phrase, and success—because every little win counts
Who You Are
Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in California
Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred, but strong CFs are welcome too
Communicative (naturally), compassionate, and collaborative
Passionate about helping patients express themselves and connect with the world
