Hourly Pay Rate: $32.00

Salary Range:

  • Hourly Range: $31.77 - $47.66
  • Annual Salary Range: $66,081.60 - $99,132.80

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in Berlin, NH. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients with a variety of conditions, helping them improve their physical abilities and quality of life. The position requires a strong understanding of physical therapy practices, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions to develop appropriate treatment plans.
  • Administer physical therapy treatments to improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities.
  • Use exercises, stretching maneuvers, hands-on therapy, and equipment to ease patients’ pain and help them increase their strength.
  • Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and techniques for continued care at home.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans.
  • Adjust treatment plans as needed based on patient progress and changing conditions.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving patient care practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current Physical Therapy license in the state of New Hampshire.
  • Previous experience in an outpatient setting is preferred but not required.
  • Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles, methods, and techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
