Job Description

Summary: Trinity Medical Center – West is looking for OB/GYN Call Coverage for the Birth Center!

RATES:

Malpractice – Must be included in rates.

Orientation – $200 - half the hourly/callback rate, kicks in after 8 hours. “Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours”

Holiday – Must be 1.5x the regular rate. “Per holiday hour, no OT”

On Call (Daily) – $3200 - “Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis'

24 Hour Holiday Call Rate - $4800 - “Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis'

Call Back – $400 – “Per hour of patient contact hours, after gratis hours are completed, gratis prorate to MSA terms.”

Holiday Call Back – $600 – “Per holiday hour of patient contact hours, after gratis hours are completed, gratis prorate to MSA terms.”

Dates of coverage: 

As soon as credentialed for 3-6 months.

10 call shifts per month 

Schedule: 24hr on call - 7a-7a

Details:

• Average Number of Admissions per Provider per day: 4-5

• Call Ratio: Full time call for the entered dates

• Required Procedures: C-section and other delivery based procedures

• EMR system details: Meditech and OBIX

• Other Details of Role: (anything else Provider should consider or that should be asked prior to presenting): 24 hours call for the OB floor

• Estimated Credentialing Time Frame: 1-2 months

In Additional Submission Details: Disclose if provider has worked at any other CHI/Dignity Facility

Requirement description :

• Board Certified OBGYN – Required

• OH License Active – Required

• ACLS, BLS, PALS, DEA – Required

• Availability for the dates – Required to be stated at name clear

• Clean Malpractice/background – HIGHLY PREFERRED

• Local, no flights – HIGHLY PREFERRED

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :

• Ohio
