Unit Specifics:

•       Number of Beds :12

•       Patient Ratios :4-5 to 1

•       Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) :  mainly primary nursing care/ will have tech at peak census

•       Type of equipment :  Therapy gym

•       Documentation system: Meditech

•       Scheduling requirements: 12 hr shifts for nursing/ every other weekend

•       Floating policy: required to float

•       Patient Experience requirements: AIDET / communication on white boards/ hourly rounding
