Job Description
Assignment Location: Bishop Clapp Building 742 North Street, Pittsfield, MA 01201 (across the street from BMC)
Plan, design and implement an effective talent acquisition process for management, exempt and non-exempt staff within Berkshire Health Systems.

8hrs non-billable orientation
Holiday and OT Multipliers - 1.25%
Submission Requirements
- 3 years in Human Resources Department with focus on extensive interviewing experience and with demonstrated decision making responsibilities preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws/regulations preferred
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Administration, Business, or related field, or 3+ years equivalent experience in Human Resources or employment services considered
- Candidate must have their own vehicle for this need
