Job Description
Required Education & Experience: • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree required. • Colorado licensure as a Registered Pharmacists. • Hospital pharmacy residency or experience in Unit Dose, IV Admixture, TPN, and pharmacokinetics is preferred. • Previous experience in Hospital Pharmacy preferred. Notice: All licensure and certification must be obtained according to the current Licensure / Certification Policy and Procedure.
Shift: 7am-5:30 pm Monday-Friday. Rotating weekends 7am-3:30 pm. Every 4 to 5 weeks
